Yesterday, sometime after 12 noon, a TJES bus driver dropped a 5 yr old SPECIAL NEEDS child off on Kennon Rd.. There was absolutely NO adults there to pick her up. Driver told her to get off. And LEFT her there. The driver has a note form the child's mother stating that she was to be dropped off at a trailer park, where her grandfather would be waiting to pick her up.
